At Beulah Court Vineyard Guest House, we are committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. To ensure transparency and flexibility, we offer the following refund policy for room bookings:
Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations by the Guest House: In the rare event that we must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their stay.
- Guest Cancellations:
- Standard Bookings: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Some special offers or discounted rates may be non-refundable. Please review your booking details carefully before completing your reservation.
Non-Refundable Situations
- No-Show: If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
- Early Check-Out: Guests who choose to leave earlier than the confirmed check-out date will not be eligible for a refund of the unused nights.
Refund Request Process
- How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our reservations team with your booking confirmation details. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request is approved.
Rescheduling
- Guests wishing to reschedule their stay can do so at least 48 hours before their original check-in date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the new dates selected.
